World Shoe Relief (WSR) was incorporated as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization in 1989. World Shoe Relief assisted the homeless and needy for over twenty years focusing its programs on providing over 250,000 pairs of shoes throughout the world.
In 2007, WSR expanded its programs to include assistance and relief programs in Kenya, and in 2010 the organizational name was officially changed to Until Then. Until Then was a continuation of the desire to assist the homeless and needy, with a specific emphasis on street children.
